Apparently Atlantis is going to be made accessible at some point. Other than that, I'm not sure.

One of my players uses VoiceOver (built into the Mac OS) and says he finds it much better than JAWS or window eyes. He uses it with the TinTin++ client, which you can download from here: http://tintin.sourceforge.net/
